Singapore’s Top Developer

CDL has been ranked the top developer in the Building and Construction Authority’s “Search for Quality Housing” online tool since 2017. The tool compares developers and properties based on a Construction Quality Assessment System and Quality Mark. Two of CDL’s projects – The Venue Residences and Nouvel 18 – are also listed among the top 10 properties in Singapore.
