Most Awarded Private-sector Property Developer by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority
CDL emerged as the most awarded private-sector property developer at the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Awards 2017 with a total of 30 accolades. It is also the first and only property developer to be conferred the inaugural top Quality Star Champion Award, on top of the Quality Champion (Platinum) Award, and the only Platinum winner for the Construction Productivity Award — Advocates (Developer) Category.

Best Residential Developer in Euromoney's Real Estate Survey
CDL was named Best Residential Real Estate Developer in Singapore in Euromoney's 13th annual Real Estate Survey, marking the eighth year that CDL has been recognised for excellence in the survey, and the fifth year topping the Best Residential Real Estate Developer in the Singapore category.
A Sea of Opportunities
CDL and joint-venture partner Hong Realty (Private) Limited have successfully tendered for the collective sale of the Amber Park condominium site for S$906.7 million (or S$1,515 psf ppr). There are plans to redevelop the site into a luxury condominium development comprising four 25-storey blocks with close to 800 units and a basement carpark, with many units commanding sea views. Demand for the new project is expected to be healthy given its excellent locational attributes and rare freehold status.

Forging a Growth Pipeline
Bellevue Properties, a unit of CDL puts in the highest bid of $370.1 million for a site on Tampines Avenue 10. This new residential project is in the up and coming Tampines North estate, an extension of the established Tampines town. It enjoys good connectivity with expressways and will be even more accessible in the future with the upcoming Tampines West MRT station. Residents can also look forward to a myriad of amenities nearby such as shopping malls, retail warehouses, recreational areas and reputable schools.

CDL was presented with Top Developer Award at the inaugural EdgeProp Excellence Awards gala dinner held on 25 October 2017. Organised by property portal EdgeProp Singapore and audited by KPMG Singapore, the awards are a benchmark of excellence in Singapore's property industry.
